‘Burning Down The House’ was written by David Byrne, Chris Frantz, Jerry Harrison, Tina Weymouth and appeared on the Talking Heads’ 1983 album ‘Speaking In Tongues’. Our chosen cover is by US emo band The Used, whose cover was released on compilation album ‘Covered, A Revolution in Sound: Warner Bros. Records’. It appeared in the soundtracks of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and an episode of True Blood.
